NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT

A 6-bed, Level 2 neonatal intensive care unit is provided.

In the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, family members are informed by the doctor upon initial admission and daily about the patient's general condition and treatment process. Information is not given to anyone other than the patient's parents (friends, neighbors, etc.). Family members do not need to wait continuously at the hospital. In emergency situations, family members are contacted by phone.
Since the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a specialized unit, unsupervised visits are not appropriate. Visitors must adhere to visiting conditions.
There is no need for an accompanying person. Only the patient's parents can visit.
Taking photos and talking on cell phones is prohibited in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Visits to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit are permitted once a day between 12:30 and 13:30, for a maximum of 5 minutes per patient. Our primary and absolute rule is that visitors must disinfect their hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizer upon entering the intensive care unit, and that they must not touch other patients or equipment in the neonatal intensive care unit.
