BIRTH SERVICES
The delivery room has 6 labor-delivery-postpartum rooms, including 1 water birth room. Security in the delivery room is ensured by a card access system; only expectant mothers, mothers-to-be, and fathers (if necessary) are allowed access. The expectant mother's initial examination and admission, and NST (non-stress test) are performed in the intervention room. Anamnesis is taken, and admission procedures are completed. Pre-birth, birth, and post-birth services are provided by a multidisciplinary team (obstetrician, birth coach, midwife). We have action algorithms in place for approaching and referring high-risk pregnancies.
Our water birth center aims to help the mother relax mentally and ensure a peaceful and comfortable birth process for the father, mother, and baby. Our birth coach helps expectant mothers feel safe by explaining relaxation exercises before birth using visuals on the delivery room walls. Our delivery room is designed so that the expectant mother can lie in any position she desires, walk around comfortably, and move freely during labor. In order to ensure that expectant mothers feel comfortable and at ease, they are informed in our "pregnancy schools" about how to choose a suitable companion; the chosen companions are also informed, providing emotional support to expectant mothers during the birthing process. To support all aspects of mothers' education, training programs are conducted in the field.
